We ensure your company has the right people, in the right place, at the right time and right price, to execute your business strategy.

Due to the increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business environment (VUCA world), the ability for a company to be both agile and flexible are ever more important.

Based on the essential connection between company strategy and HR strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) will significantly grow in importance over the coming years.

Creating more flexible working hours will play a central role in this, helping companies to adapt to fluctuating personnel requirements.

Our procedure model contains four key work packages:

Basic segmentation of staff needs to be made, in which capabilities / job codes, temporary workers and freelancers could and should play a role.
This segmentation is also the basis for decisions regarding investment in human capital.
Currently the majority of companies are still acting at maturity level 1. Overall we distinguish three maturity levels, which in their final implementation step also include Total Workforce Management.
In addition to Workforce Planning, Total Workforce Management encompasses personnel planning plus a forecast of the expected workload and required resources, optimization of staff allocation to avoid over- and understaffing, administration of different time accounts as part of time management as well as the analysis and supervision of the entire Workforce-Management-Process.

At this point STRIMgroup benefits from our knowledge in the field of Human Capital Management in our specialized conferences where the correlations between (Strategic) HR Controlling and Strategic Workforce Planning are often presented.
