As part of a Business Breakfast, a STRIM topic will be moderated on the basis of usually two impulse lectures and discussed with the participants. In the breaks, a breakfast is offered.

Conferences focusing on selected strategy, HR and finance topics usually take place once a year within the framework of so-called assessment marathons. Prior to the 1- to 2-day conferences at the end of each “marathon”, detailed surveys and extensive data collection provide transparency and ensure the successful transfer of knowledge. In addition to the presentation of current trends and best practices in connection with the analyzed data, a central objective of the conference is for the participants to personally share experiences and exchange ideas with experts and executives. In our series of conferences, we aim to institute a continuous and adaptable improvement process.

Hands-on-Workshops are characterized by a consistent reference to implementation and address any obstacles that arise. In the workshops, we pick you up in your individual company situation, clarify your specific requirements and develop feasible implementation steps with you. The prerequisite for participation in these workshops is that the necessary basic knowledge has been acquired beforehand, preferably in the methods seminars, and that specific measures have already been outlined in the framework of the specialist conferences or bilaterally with consultants of STRIM.
