Following the STRIM management sphere system, workshops are held which focus on "implementation & management accounting".
One goal is to involve as many participating employees as possible. Therefore, our strategy workshops combine elements of networking (exchanging experiences) with knowledge transfer plus the results of conducted surveys and analyses with the goal of encouraging participants to question strategies and develop novel approaches.
