Multicheck® Junior
A three-pronged approach has been developed for an optimal selection process:

  1. Efficient pre-selection – Multicheck®Junior eAssessment: focusing on career interests, basic abilities, potential and personality.
  2. Effective selection of applicants – Multicheck®Junior Aptitude Analysis: focusing on six professional fields: commercial/business, technical, retail, trade, health and beauty.
  3. Clear competency profile – Multicheck®Junior Assessment Center: in small groups the applicants complete tasks, which are clearly defined in terms of context and time line, while being observed and evaluated by certified assessors and company representatives.

The Multicheck® Gateway online platform is used to bring together teenagers and employers, which will train them.

Multicheck® Professional and Executive
The Multicheck® Professional and Multicheck® Executive competency analysis is a modern, online-based tool for determining the job-specific aptitude of professionals and executives. In searching for the most capable employees, we use an integrated approach and utilize various tools to look at as many aspects of a person as realistically as possible.
The competence analysis is made up of modules – management abilities, job-specific aptitude, personality, business stimulation, assessment center and 360-degree-feedback – and can also be customized.

Knowledge@Risk identification of knowledge gaps
With the help of this assessment, a knowledge map is created. This gives information about the lack of knowledge and explicit knowledge sorted by core competencies of an organization unit. It is then determined using a knowledge memory, how these core competencies in regard to the workforce (and individual retention degrees) are already covered, or not.
