We also offer various possibilities of HR development – including leadership challenge and executive coaching. This can be implemented as early as in secondary school, when students undergo a rigorous assessment which forms the basis for designing and implementing development measures.
We offer special audits on specific tasks. By incorporating our extensive HR data pool – especially controlling-relevant key performance indicators – we are able to conduct such audits with detailed emphasis on risk factors.
Current findings from online-surveys and conferences are offered in connection with our in-house developed benchmarks in the form of studies and publications in high quality format.
