An integrated Talent Management ideally starts in the course of strategic workforce planning and the targeted approach of potential employees. Afterwards, the focus will be on concrete action plans – derived from strategic workforce planning – recruiting, vocational training, employee and leadership development, and employee retention. In addition, leadership of employees and employee assessment play an important role.

Lecture on “Business Impact” in Zurich
