The management sphere system outlines the logical procedure for working on the focus topics of STRIM®. It is divided into seven management fields – bundled in “Analysis & Development”, “Planning & Management”, “Implementation & Analytics”. The respective contents of these management fields are evaluated taking into account so-called management principles (also: success factors) and evaluated with measurable results (also: performance indicators).
The STRIM® is currently focusing on the following services: organizational development, operational excellence, and company reorganisation (turnaround management).
