  • Analyses within the company, such as competency analyses, cost structure analyses and culture analyses;
  • Analyses outside the company, such as competition analyses, PESTEL-analyses and target group analyses;
  • Analyses pertaining to strategic positioning, such as SWOT-analyses, market strategies und competition strategies;
  • Analyses pertaining to strategic planning, such as the balanced scorecard and strategy map, portfolio analyses and scenario techniques; as well as
  • Analyses pertaining to strategic and continuous further development, such as benchmarking, profitability analyses and added value analyses.
