The conference &#8220;4th annual HR Transformation, Talent and Employee Engagement Forum&#8221; is hosted by Thought Leader Global in the Swissotel Zurich.<\/p>\n<p>Human Resources is facing <strong>three key challenges<\/strong> in its role as strategic business partner:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>HR\u2019s role in global transformation programmes,<\/li>\n<li>strengthening talent management and<\/li>\n<li>improving employee engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>HR\u2019s role in transformation depends on its ability to manage effective communication channels during the change process. How HR enhances its knowledge of the key challenges inherent in transformation is critical. Additionally, HR\u2019s use of performance management tools are a success factor. These abilities also support transformations that occur during post-merger integration. Talent management requires not only transparency but effective use of digital and social media. This goes hand in hand with employer branding and employee engagement (recruiting internally and supporting senior management talent).
