Today, AI is not just changing how we work; it is reshaping where and in what ways we work, with far-reaching implications for employment structures.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/the-critical-role-of-strategic-workforce-planning-in-the-age-of-ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">McKinsey study<\/a> found that S&amp;P 500 companies that effectively harness their talent can achieve up to <strong data-start=\"1366\" data-end=\"1402\">300% higher revenue per employee<\/strong> compared to the average firm.
