The difficulties and possible opposition\u2013 often also called &#8220;soft factors&#8221; \u2013 are the main focus of this step and need to be considered as part of a communication strategy.<\/p>\n<p>The aspect of <strong>structure <\/strong>addresses responsibilities, (implementation) qualifications, skills and knowledge, organizational structure and managerial styles (transformational management).
