Here we emphasize that quantitative and qualitative analytics must be combined with insights and experiences in execution to deliver any real implementation-relevant added value.<br \/>\nThese assessment marathons are re-instated on a yearly basis and enable participating companies to sustain and quantify their implementation success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Field of learning-oriented Methodology<\/strong><br \/>\nThree factors generally determine the quality of results and thereby form the basis for evidence-based actions in our assessment marathons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A meaningfully and precisely delineated field of observation (process demarcation) to ensure the comparability of the compiled information and data.<\/li>\n<li>The examination of valid output parameters, which can be compiled with reasonable effort and serve as the basis for recommendations for action.<\/li>\n<li>The analysis of relevant influencing factors affecting the respective process to develop hypotheses and demonstrate cause-effect correlations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We study such effect correlations in detail, present and continuously deepen and expand on them. With our evidence-based approach we bring together scientific findings and practical experience; the goal of this is to reach a quick implementation success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Approach<\/strong><br \/>\nThe annual assessment marathons are organized as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Webinars give an introduction to the goals, the basic approach and the addressed topics,<\/li>\n<li>Surveys \u2013 two to three months prior to the respective conference \u2013 are distributed to compile the essential quantitative and qualitative fundamentals,<\/li>\n<li>The results of the analyses are discussed during a 1-2 day conference at the end of the assessment marathon and applied to relevant problems.
