\nThis segmentation is also the basis for decisions regarding investment in human capital.
\nCurrently the majority of companies are still acting at maturity level 1.\u00a0Overall we distinguish three maturity levels<\/strong>, which in their final implementation step also include Total Workforce Management<\/strong>.
\nIn addition to Workforce Planning, Total Workforce Management encompasses personnel planning plus a forecast of the expected workload and required resources, optimization of staff allocation to avoid over- and understaffing, administration of different time accounts as part of time management as well as the analysis and supervision of the entire Workforce-Management-Process.<\/p>\n
