Contrary to \u201cneighboring disciplines\u201d, in which <strong>quantitative measurement parameters<\/strong> are sufficient, workforce analytics requires additional <strong>qualitative parameters<\/strong>, such as satisfaction and commitment.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately<ins cite=\"mailto:HALL%20Mariko\" datetime=\"2015-01-04T14:50\">,<\/ins> in common\u00a0practice however<ins cite=\"mailto:HALL%20Mariko\" datetime=\"2015-01-04T14:50\">,<\/ins> HR management is still not yet as advanced as other business disciplines &#8211;\u00a0<ins cite=\"mailto:HALL%20Mariko\" datetime=\"2015-01-04T14:52\">t<\/ins>here is a discernible inability to collect, analyze and utilize data.
