    In the “Sales planning and control” area, sales figures and incoming orders are first analyzed and evaluated by industry, product, etc. On this basis, i.a. supports sales planning along with predicted annual growth rates (CAGR: Compound Annual Growth Rates<\/em>). Finally, control takes the form of regular deviations from the actual plan; often represented in a matrix according to industries and products \/ groups.<\/p>\n

    In addition, STRIMservices GmbH contributes to high-quality analyzes based on personnel-related data, thereby identifiable, control-relevant key figures and a sophisticated reporting system to review and, if necessary, adjust strategic decisions in terms of evidence-based action. Scientifically based maturity levels are used, which can also include scenarios and forecasts.<\/p>\n

    The main focus is often on recruiting and personnel development.<\/p>\n

    Small businesses often exist due to their core technical skills. The commercial area is sometimes neglected. Products and solutions that are easy to use have been developed to provide inexpensive and professionally experienced support. Of course, technical experts can also be requested, e.g. to prepare important discussions with the house bank.<\/p>\n

    The STRIM IS business unit is particularly geared towards integrating these products and solutions into an existing or new IT landscape in small and medium-sized companies or making them available on STRIM’s own servers.<\/p>\n

    The aim of STRIMservices is to ensure that employees in the sales, personnel and controlling areas can focus less on administrative tasks with high volumes, but more on higher-value, value-adding activities through targeted process relocations.<\/p>\n

    STRIMservices also functions as an internal service center for the companies in the STRIM group of companies.<\/p>\n<\/div>
