The STRIM® group of companies has its headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland. They offer consulting services, and support and coach companies in implementing their corporate strategy. The technical focus and the key aspects of activity are especially the areas of HR, as well as finance and management accounting. The respective products and services are listed under range of services.

Our customers and target groups are international corporations, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises belonging mostly to the following sectors of industry: chemistry and pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy supply, trade, transport & logistics, and automobile & suppliers.

STRIM® is divided into three legally independent fields of business in the areas of strategy and management consulting, qualifications, and services. In our three subsidiaries, we work together closely with our customers on a basis of trust. The STRIMgroup AG with its headquarters in Zürich acts as a holding company for the entire STRIM group of companies.

The CEO is Dr. Volker Mayer. Mr. Miguel Baumann works alongside him (President of the Board of Directors) as a member of the Management Board.

The STRIM group of companies is managed by an executive board, which represents the three fields of business. In addition to the board of directors, Ms. Christiane Mayer and Mr. Ron van Dijk are members of the Executive Board.

The scientific advisor is Professor Dr. Wolfgang Appel. He is professor of general business management and HR management at the University of Applied Sciences of the Saarland.

All companies within the STRIM group of companies are privately held.
