The STRIMacademy imparts up-to-date technical skills and specialized know-how to professionals and executives in a compact and company-focused manner.
The aim is to involve employees in strategy implementation by giving them the opportunity to contribute their developed strengths and help shape the implementation measures. Target group-focused communication helps create acceptance and reduce fears.
We offer relevant interactive webinars and exclusive conferences which focus on implementation. The yearly conferences adhere to the motto of “Analytics meets Community“. This demonstrates that quantitative basics must be combined with knowledge and experience to provide the participants with a real and relevant added value.
We also offer various possibilities of HR development – including leadership challenge and executive coaching. This can be implemented as early as in secondary school, when students undergo a rigorous assessment which forms the basis for designing and implementing development measures.
We offer special audits on specific tasks. By incorporating our extensive HR data pool – especially controlling-relevant key performance indicators – we are able to conduct such audits with detailed emphasis on risk factors.
Current findings from online-surveys and conferences are offered in connection with our in-house developed benchmarks in the form of studies and publications in high quality format. The STRIMacademy is involved in various Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs and acts as an in-house publishing agent for the entire STRIM Group.
