To date, as opposed to strategy formulation, strategy implementation has been neglected in theory and practice. At the same time, the achieved success rates for implementation projects in management experience are unsatisfactory. It is beyond question that formulated strategies only add value to a company if they are adequately implemented and followed through. Personnel is a decisive factor in getting this done.
Strategy implementation is closely linked with HR and finances, as well as managerial accounting.
In response to this, STRIM® has developed the management sphere system. While during strategy formulation – the first three management spheres - STRIM® is involved as a strategic consultant, during the phase of strategy implementation an interim manager from STRIM® is frequently put in place. The interim manager ensures the sustainability of the developed strategies.
