At the same time, the achieved success rates for implementation projects in management experience are unsatisfactory. It is beyond question that formulated strategies only add value to a company if they are adequately implemented and followed through. Personnel is a decisive factor in getting this done.
Strategy implementation is closely linked with HR and finances, as well as managerial accounting.
In response to this, STRIM® has developed the management sphere system.
