Continual interactions with business schools and universities through lectures, Bachelor’s or Master’s theses as well as ongoing studies help foster new ideas, promote scientific depth, and ensure uniqueness and up−to−dateness of our range of services. -

STRIM® places a clear emphasis on three core areas of expertise – operationalization, institutionalization, monitoring and assessment − along the STRIM management sphere system, which, separately and collectively, have as their goal the integration of our customers’ employees in the implementation process, while simultaneously empowering and supporting them.
In contrast to competitors, who exclusively focus on the no doubt important "soft" part of the implementation, STRIM® additionally employs the third area of expertise to evaluate the success level of the implementation. This is an important prerequisite for accountability to the CxO−Level in companies. -
As an independent family−run business, we follow a cost−effective business model as we develop long−term strategies and stick to them.
This focus on our clients reflects our conviction that human capital management is the decisive value driver especially in strategy implementation.
