The PACE and STRIM partnership sees the joint collaboration of EAST and WEST perspectives and the mutual understanding that allows for the delivery of O.D. interventions situated in a global framework while allowing for local customization. This is all the more important in an interconnected economy where business excellence and success calls for a global mindset with attention and alertness to specific local needs and cultural contexts.

For 2012 The Leadership Challenge, a 2-day-seminar, will take place three times in Europe:

• 23-24 April in Edesheim, Germany.
• 27-28 September in Zürich, Switzerland.
• 8-9 November in Vienna, Austria.
